Offers not Triggered

Hi,

 

I followed below steps to create offers and Decisions, but offers not triggered on website.

 

  • Create offer components like Collection Qualifiers, Rules, Placements
  • Created Offers (gender based), Collections, Decisions 
  • Enabled "Offer Decisioning" in datastream
  • Added value for scope in Tags-Rule-Send event

Schema created with "XDM Experience Event" with profile enabled.

 

Am able to see "decisionScopes" field value updated in personalization section(tested in Adobe debugger) and also able to see IdentityMap details, Profile also created in AEP.

 

 

Am able to see send event command resolved in debugger logs, I am new to websdk Integrations, AJO, not sure how to validate these values.

 

 

Please let me know what am missing.

Hi,

 

I am seeing below lines in Adobe debugger >> edge logs >> traces

exclusionReason: "Segment %s not found in profile"

 

 

 

Can someone please let me know the reason.
