Observing irregularity in Clicks data

Hi Team, For a journey consisting multiple emails we are observing that on a particular day we are seeing a significant bump in number of clicks in email, but followed by no clicks for next 4-5 days. The profiles enter journey on a daily basis so it should not be happening, we should be observing certain number of clicks everyday. Can you please guide on what could be the reason. Thanks

Check on my end and I don't see any issue with the reporting

Are you testing on Prod or Dev sandbox? I had a situation on Dev sandbox where I noticed tracking dataset hence reports have some latency but it was hours not days.

 

Few things you can check are:

  • tracking dataset is refreshing multiple time a day
  • email feedback dataset is refreshing
  • profile are entering the journey and get emails without being discarded or exited before the emails
  • crossed the send daily vs tracking

We are facing this issue in the client environment. Hence we have asked it in this forum. Please do let us know if you have faced a similar issue in any Adobe environment.
