The Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner Professional certification is now available! Read on to learn about the array of resources we’ve created to help you be successful in passing your exam.
Practice test available
Taking the practice test will help you gauge your skill level. At the end of the test, you will receive a personalized report telling you where your strengths and weaknesses lie so that you can focus your attention where it’s needed. You will also be able to go back and review the questions you missed.
Practice tests are available through the exam info page. Scroll down to Step 2: Prepare for your exam, under the list of study resources.
You can also access all available practice tests at any time on the Exam Prep Portal:
- First, log in to the Adobe Credential Management System with your Adobe ID.
- Then, go to the Exam Prep Portal to find your practice test.

Free, on-demand courses are also available to help you prepare for your exam. Begin your learning journey today by choosing the course that best matches your experience level:
- The Adobe Experience Platform Foundations Course will introduce you to Adobe Experience Cloud, an end-to-end suite of digital marketing tools built on the only platform designed for personalization at scale.
- The Adobe Journey Optimizer Foundations Course provides a basis of knowledge about this specific application.
- The Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner Professional Course builds on the Foundations course and helps you prepare for the professional-level certification exam.
