Need solution for Japan region not getting deployed

Hi Team -

We have setup the audiences in AEP/AJO and also we have added the required asset id for japn region and once the AEP/AJO is processed email is getting deployed to all regions except for Japan.

 

Note: we use AEP/AJO for audience build only. Need why Japan audiences are not receiving email and how to troubleshoot it

Confirm the Japan audience has fully evaluated and shows a profile count greater than zero. Review at least one Japan profile to ensure the email is present in the identityMap, consent is granted, and the profile is not on any suppression list.

Send a proof email using a new preset to check whether Japan mailbox providers might be blocking the current sending IP.

Thanks for the explanation pulkit Jain. Could you please guide where can I check the profile of Japan and also where can I check the email in identity map.

Go to Profiles and search for the Japan user. Open the profile and check identityMap.Email[].id and attributes (channelAddress.email). These two fields confirm whether AJO can send email.
