Is Journey audience profile count will be same as profile entered in journey?

Hi Everyone,

This is related to a live journey for one of our usecase. We are using audience in the journey which is a streaming evaluation method. After the journey runs, we could see the profile count is 46(Same number that i can see it in Total qualified on Profile Over time section) and audience entered in the journey is 35. So, there were 11 profile is missing. How do we check those missing profile? is this data discrepancy or am i looking at it wrong?

Little help on this would be much appreciated

Thanks

When you publish the journey live, from that point onwards - whatever profiles qualify into the streaming segment should enter the journey provided they meet the audience criteria.

Any profile previously qualified into the audience before the journey was live would not enter the unitary journeys.

There could be other reasons as to why the profiles could have been discarded and you can take a look at this document for troubleshooting queries https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/reporting/reports/query-examples#segment-qualification-queries

Hi @mohan_dugganab ,

Thanks for the reply. I have tried to find out the discarded profiles by using the query in the document and i'm getting the count for last 24 hours is 35 which is not matching with missing 11 profiles.

Is there any way that i can query the last evaluated audience?

How to export audience without activating to destination? is there a query that i can use?

Thanks
