Is it possible to have the Link Tracking Labels auto populate based on the Alt text?

We have Business users that create a variety of emails and some things have a standard footer with Images that link to Social media.   Every time they import these they have to identify the Label for the clicks.   Is there a way to have AJO detect the Alt-text?   Seems like a simple item but our team is tasked with making this streamlined so nothing gets missed.
