How to update Offer status by using Decision APIs for Offer delivered via APIs?

Hello guys,

 

I am delivering Offer through APIs by using Decision Management. If 3rd Party System read the offer and it does not want to retrieve the same offer again cause the offer has been read. how can i deliver the offer once via APIs? Is it possbile tpo update the Offer status from 3rd Party ?
