How to test Web Channel(Web experience) personalization in adobe journey optimizer

Hi Everyone,
I’m trying out the web channel → web experience feature in adobe journey optimizer and need some guidance on testing
Here’ what i’ve done so far:

  • Created a journey in AJO
  • Added a web experience action in the journey
  • Selected my website page url in the web experience
  • in non-visual editor mode, configured a content change for a specific element on the page
  • the journey entry condition is based on the web event

Now i’m bit confused about how to test and validate this setup:

How do we see the personalized content on the page, my page is websdk enabled and datastream flows into correct sandbox and i’m testing in the same sandbox

@uk685 You can check the below mentioned:

  • Trigger the journey event and verify that the profile appears in AJO Trace within the Debugger.
  • Also, in the AEP Debugger, check the personalization call and ensure propositions are returned.
  • And, review reporting to validate impressions and clicks.

This way you can test and validate your setup.

@SatheeskannaK i checked the adobe troubleshooting guide, my issue is listed in the scenario 1
when i’m trying to check in assurance not able to see events in edge delivery and in app. also not able to check joai segment qualification. could you please help on this?
