How to send Journey only on the weekdays(Mon-Fri) in AJO

Hi @members,

Wondering if there is an Wait - custom expression or easy way to set up journey in AJO that will send email only on the weekdays.

Came across a few thread here but still not clear.

Appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction.
