How to deliver inbox messages into web and kiosk by using AJO and eventually Decision Offer

Any suggestion to how to delivery inbox messages by using AJO and Decision Offer considering that business users want to create template with editor?

Thinking to use APIs for Kiosk and Web Channel (new feature ) for web site.
