    Background:

    We are working on a discovery session for AJO.

     

    Question:

    Typically how much time a Push notification will take to reach a customer's mobile in an ideal situation?

    Scenario:
    1> Assuming the target is 1M profiles.
    2> Journey is scheduled with read segment.
    3> Considering ideal behavior from FCM/APNS.

    Given that FCM/APNS does not guarantee delivery time. But in the ideal case, 1M push notifications should be delivered within 1 or 2 minutes.
