Event journey - change email address

Its not possible to change email address in the event journey as I see... Is that right?

Yes, it can be overwritten https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/primary-email-addresses#in-the-email-configuration and similarly, conditions can be written.

@michael_soprano If your use case requires dynamically setting or updating the email address before the send, you can use the Update Profile action node to write a field into the profile and then use that as the execution address in the subsequent step.Be sure to use a profile-enabled dataset and appropriate identity namespace: Journey Optimizer | Activities > Update profile

But then I should have dataset explicitly created for emails only? Because one dataset is only on profile fragment
