CDH integration with AJO

Hi All,

 

I have got a use case to implement CDH integration with AJO. CDH for NBC and AJO for journey builders.

 

Please let me know if anyone has tried this before.

Hi @rahulku54, Is that Apache Hadoop you're trying to connect with AJO? If so look at this documentation to connect with RT-CDP as a source connection. If that connector won't work you have a couple of other options to bring the data RT-CDP and use that in AJO.

  •  Connect with a cloud-based storage source connector available to bring the data.
  • Use the HTTP API to post the records in RT-CDP.

    Thanks Sathees for replying on my question. I am trying to connect Pega CDH which would trigger Next best Offer and would like to integrate with AJO to trigger the journey for that offer.

    Got it. Thanks for clarifying. It's important to think about how we can incorporate the relevant Next Best Offer for the audience based on where they're generated, as this can help kick off their journey in AJO.

      Pega offer data can be ingested into RTCDP as profile events or attributes, which can then be used to build audiences and enhance profile data for orchestration in Journeys.
