Can I applied capping and throttling for one CustomAction?

Hi everyone,

I read the documentation about Capping and Throttling, because we want to create customActions in AJO with conecctions to APIs with limits in the events sent per seconds, but we don't understand If the limits apply to the customAction and all of the journeys that they use it or we have to applied the limits to each journey manually.

Capping rule is configured at sandbox level per endpoint and all the journey using the same point (in custom action) will follow the same Capping and Throttling rules.

Throttling rules are configured on production sandboxes only, for a specific endpoint but global to all journeys across all sandboxes. You can have only one throttling configuration per organization.

Capping rules are configured at sandbox level, for a specific endpoint (the URL called) but global to all journeys of that sandbox.
