Can AJO Trigger Alerts for Sends, Errors, or Inactivity?

Hi! Is it possible to set up alerts in AJO for the following cases?

 

1. When we reach a certain number of sends for an specific campaign

2. When we hit a threshold of errors for an specific campaign?

3.If no messages were sent in the last 15 minutes for an specific campaign?

 

If not natively supported, what’s the best workaround? Query Service? API monitoring? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Alerts are supported for two specific cases as mentioned in this documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/reporting/alerts 

You can potentially leverage query service https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/query/clients/overview  and configure alerts accordingly in an external system considering the latencies https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/ingestion/streaming/overview for the data to be persisted in data lake.

@silvio6 If you have a CJA you can setup these custom alerts but there will be a delay in getting the alerts.
