Audience not getting transferred from AJO to SendGrid

Hi,

 

I am using the out of Box Destination in AJO/AEP to transfer audience form AJO/AEP to SendGrid. Using this documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/email-marketing/sendgrid
I have used correct Bearer Token and created the connection but the data flow never starts.

 

I have waited more then 24 hours.

 

Is there a way to trigger it of is there something wrong that i am doing. i am under the impression if the Audience is evaluated with counts in it then it should send the data to SendGrid via the destination.

 

Its stays in the No Run state for ever 😞

@mohit_khare Does the audience that you're using contain a profile count having a plain email address to activate SendGrid? As long as you have setup the mapping appropriately and the fact that the type of connection is streaming it should push the records to SendGrid as it becomes available in the audience.

As long as you have setup the mapping appropriately and the fact that the type of connection is streaming it should push the records to SendGrid as it becomes available in the audience.
