assigning images in dark mode not formatting

Hi

 

does anyone else have the experience in AJO where you assign a different image for dark mode, but the formatiing is completely off and connot be adjusted?

 

My image in light mode is fine, but when I add the dark mode image it left alignes and no matter what i do i cannot center align it? in fact the settings under dark mode affect the light mode images. Anybody worked successfully with this ?

Yes — this is a known AJO Dark Mode bug.

Dark‑mode images often ignore alignment, stay left‑aligned, and sometimes even override light‑mode settings. Workarounds can be to avoid a dark‑mode image or use full‑width images.

Multiple customers have reported the same issue, and Engineering is actively working on a permanent fix.

So true, I am also having this issue. the only way to keep the images uniform is not to add a dark mode image.

    I tried dark mode editor in AJO New email designer but did not get the same result in email clients.
