AJO Web Channel - Edge delivery not showing events despite personalization request

Hi Team,
I’m testing an AJO Web channel (Inbound web) configuration and facing an issue where the experience is not delivered, and nothing appears under AJO→ Edge delivery in Assurance.
Here is my setup:

1.) Web SDK implemented via Tags(Launch)

Datastream has : Ajo enabled, Offer decisioning enabled, edge segmentation enabled
journey is published, Profiles qualifies for JOAI segment
Assurance session connected and events are visible
Questions: 
1.) Is there any additional configuration required in web sdk to trigger AJO Web channel delivery(beyond renderDecisions and surfaces)?
2.) How can we confirm whether the request is being evaluated by AJO vs ODE
3.) Are there specific requriements around surface matching format(web://hostname/path)?

4.) should the eventType be something for AJO Web Channel?

Any guidance on what could cause AJO not to return propositions despite correct surface and journey qualification would be appreciated.

Hi ​@uk685  - Is your datastream pointing to the correct event dataset? Is the dataset enabled for profile? When you request an offer via propositionFetch you should see this as an event in your profile

Hi ​@arpan-garg . Yes datastream pointing to correct event dataset and it’s enabled for profile.
can you please elaborate more about propositionFetch?

By propositionFetch the eventType of the event which you makes to fetch an offer . Have you tried making a curl request to the edge decisioning api to fetch an offer? Or are you directly doing it from web.
