AJO sending out offers which expired before send out

We’ve identified a critical issue regarding how AJO campaigns handle Offer Decisions. Currently, it appears the Offer Decision is executed at the publish date rather than the scheduled delivery date.
For example, if a client prepares and publishes a newsletter on Friday for a Sunday 9:00 AM send out, AJO captures the offer snapshot on Friday. Consequently, offers that are valid on Friday but expired by Sunday before the send out are still appearing in the newsletter. Is there a way to ensure offer logic is evaluated at the time of sending instead? There is no API to publish a campaign on certain date.

In this document https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/create-journey/publish-journey is says that when something changes in offer decision then journey needs to be published/unpublished but i am not talking about offer decision changes instead the offer changes.
