AJO Journey's Email Action name was changed after publishing the journey. Now we are facing issue in CJA Send / Click reporting

Hello Community,

 

We went live with one AJO journey in Feb-2025.

In Mar-2025, the Journey was modified and Email action label name was changed. 

 

Now we are facing issue because correct Send / Click counts are not being reflected in the CJA reports. 

(For. ex: for every 100 emails sent, with new name we are getting 10 count and with old name we are getting 90 count)

 

How to solve this issue and unify the metrics in CJA ?

Try using the Action ID instead of the Action Label in CJA reports, which can unify the metrics, as the Action ID is a stable identifier that doesn’t change with label updates.
