Where is the new Adobe Certification Exam Practice Portal?

Hello, I know Adobe has changed things in the site, but since then I've been trying to find where the new section is for certification exam practice but I can't find it, I've been clicking on links that only take me in circles, I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I've attached some screenshots of the links I've clicked to get there.
