Web SDK - Render visual personalization decisions

@michael_soprano seem to be mapped to be Send event Action however i think based on your use case can control it as need via event prior to action

To be honest, during our tests, the most important thing is to have it check in the 1st rule that fires on your page, i.e. pageview or a consent rule. 

You can also use it to control when to render a Target activity, for example, on a pdp or plp rule. 

My recommendation is to have it check every time you know that you have an activity associated to a certain rule.
