User in two user groups - which one has priority

Hi ​@Michael_Soprano  I believe the user has the edit access has the priority. 
Are you looking any specific info with respect to permission or access control?

AEP permissions are additive — user ends up with the highest permission across all their groups. Edit beats View, no contest.

No "deny" logic in AEP RBAC, so there's no way for the View group to pull back what the Edit group already gave. If you actually want that user limited to View only, just take them out of the Edit group entirely, that's the only way.
