I have problems with batch segmentation. Audience was set up more than 24h ago so the segmentation job was done. It shows multiple sample profiles but the total count is 0. Do you have similar issues? These are dummy users so its not personal data .....
The samples are based on the Profile Sample job and do not always reflect accurate data based on the following doc:

Also, are both the schema and dataset you are ingestion into, enabled for profile?
