Some rule components not loading on slow Internet connections

Hi Team,

With Slow 3g connections I was getting below error  for one of my rule when I load the website:

I took reference from https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform/some-rule-components-not-loading-on-slow-internet-connections/td-p/560701 and increased the timeout from 2s to 4s. But now i get below errors:

If I change the timeout of one rule does it impact other rules also ? Since about errors I was not getting when I didnt increase the timeout.

Any insight on this would be really helpful.
