We have a TTL for ECID for 30 days, we need to add TTL for another namespace but with longer TTL. The UI doesn't allow us to create separate TTL for the 2nd Namespace, is it possible to create separate TTLs and does Support help in setting it up?

pseudonymous profile expiration can to my knowledge only be set globally, but not per identity namespace. You define which namespaces are included in the profile expiration and define their combined TTL.
