Roadmap for AEP Role

Hello Community,

I am preparing to kick-start my journey as an Adobe Experience Platform Analyst. With an analytical mindset and enterprise IT experience, I am drawn to how AEP solves complex data integration, segmentation, and omnichannel activation at scale.

To accelerate my growth, I am looking for ways to gain practical exposure:

  • Mentorship & Guidance: Any advice on the ideal roadmap for Adobe certifications (such as the AEP Qualified/Certified Expert paths).

  • Hands-on Exposure: Open to volunteer work, entry-level internships, or shadowing practitioners on implementation use cases.

  • Key Resources: Recommendations on community repos, labs, or documentation beyond standard Experience League tutorials.

    Hands on exposure - Not sure if kind of volunteer opportunities available however If your organization is currently using AEP or planning an implementation, look for opportunities to get involved in.

    Hello Gokul,

    Thank you so much for sharing these helpful resources! I will definitely review the roles, phases, and courses on Adobe Experience League to see where my interests best align.

    On a related note, this week will actually be my last week with my current organization. Since I've been working in rotational shifts, I'm fully focused right now on upskilling and transitioning into the AEP ecosystem.

    If you're currently working in an AEP role, do you know if there are any internship or shadowing opportunities available within your organization? I would be more than happy to take on an unpaid internship or volunteer—my main goal right now is to gain hands-on learning, exposure, and practical experience with the technology, and I'm ready to hit the ground running.

    Hi ​@Kold9066  Yes, I am working in an AEP role. However, my organization allows shadowing opportunities for their current employees only. May be you can try to look through LinkedIn groups.
