Release Notes Error - Cloud ID Services

Have tried support and the ticket is not going anywhere so see if there is someone here who can help.

References Experience Cloud ID Extension 5.1.1 but when I come to do my upgrade in Launch it is wanting to upgrade to 5.2 my support team will not commit to the upgrade without release notes can anyone help, this is the second time Cloud Id upgrade has been held up as release notes have not been updated.
