how to run adhock query to get the response using query services API ? I see create query and run scheduled query api, but i dont see running adhock query to get the result in response.

Adobe Query Service API doesn't support direct ad hoc queries with instant results. I will suggest you to Submit SQL using POST /query-service/sql.
