Profile Dataset attributes not showing in workspace reports of CJA

Hi All,

If a profile dataset (used in CJA connection) is not enabled for Profile in AEP than will the profile attributes show up in CJA workspace reports.

Basically there are 2 datasets (event and profile) and Person ID is same in both datasets. When I created connection than I can see the data at connection level but at dataview level data is coming as ‘No value’ in reports. Is this because the profile dataset is not enabled for profile in AEP ?

Hi @AmanGupta21

Profile rows that have no events tied to them are stored in Customer Journey Analytics. However, you cannot view them in Analysis Workspace until an event tied to that ID appears. if a given Person ID from the profile dataset has no matching event in the event dataset, the profile attributes for that person will show as “No value” in reports — because there are no events to surface them against.
