PGP encryption sftp source

Hi,

My company is transitioning from Adobe Campaign Standard to AJO. Currently ACS is ingesting data from SFTP where the files are PGP encrypted. Private key is loaded in ACS and there is no issue with data ingestion.

Now AEP SFTP source connector does not allow PGP encryption and my company’s policy is data at rest has to be PGP encrypted. Is there any other way in AEP where I can ingest PGP encrypted files?

thanks

Hi Aydeel1,

You'll need to open a ticket with Adobe Support to install / configure PGP support.

I believe this ticket is related to what you're asking:

PGP Decrypt files on the SFTP files before loading - Adobe Experience League Community - 315491

Let us know if there's anything further that we can help with.

Thanks,
Casey
