Only one profie attribute is not displayed in source attribute list on Audience export while Mapping

Hi Community,

I am working Audience export. I find all the profile enabled attributes in the source list in attribute mapping step, but missing only one.

There are other attributes which are of same schema, but available in mapping step , only one is missing in Audience export mapping list. When i further analyzed i find it missing in audience creation profile attribute list as well.  

Could help me to find the reasons of this missing attribute during segment creation and mapping steps of audience export.

Missing attribute is of identity type, and no governance policy imposed, audience evaluation is batch, I have enable the radio button "Show full XDM Schema".

Thanks for the reply.

I fixed it, as the same attribute was part of earlier created dataset, I could it in union schema. it was having null value against it for older dataset. I ingested some dummy values in the older dataset and it start appearing in audience creation and activation.

Hey @santoshra5 

There is a fair chance that the attribute might have been deprecated and might be the reason why UI doesn't show it. Make sure to undeprecate that field (deprecated)  and try to export again.

 

 

If the above option is not working, then try to search for that attribute in other merge policies you have set up. Although, this might not be the answer considering that your other attributes of same schema are present to use.

    Deprecation is mostly likely the reason and you can further validate if the missing field is available in the Union Schema.
