Not getting counts or profiles qualified in audience

Hi, 

 

I have created a new events type schema as an addition to already created and working/enabled XDM data model (B2B model).. I used custom field groups for the new schema and to add the new schema to existing system, I used a common identifier and Identity namespace.. After enabling the schema and dataset and having 3 sucessful ingestions(post enabling schema and dataset), when I am building an audience (the fields from new schema are also available in the segment builder, with option set to "show only fields with data").. I am not getting any counts.. I have even verfied using Query service if my Ids are present in dataset and Took an Id field and searched for a profle.. A profile popped up and In it's Events tab, I see last 3 successful ingestions... Its has been close to 40 hrs and also the segment Job has run.. I dont understand why I wont get counts and why profiles wont get qualified.. Help please

Have you added the new dataset to the merge policy? I have noticed if this is not done prior to ingestion, the events will not reflect on profile. Can you please try this and let me know?

Have you added the new dataset to the merge policy? I have noticed if this is not done prior to ingestion, the events will not reflect on profile. Can you please try this and let me know?

Hi @davidross91, Default time-based merge policy is being used for the above design.. so I have not made any changes to merge policy..

@sahusa1  ok got it, so not using anything like Dataset Precedence. The only other thing I could think as a potential issue, would be with the definition of your audience. Can you replicate the exact audience using query service and verify identities are populating? I know you mention you used query service to validate, but I wasn't certain what your query was exactly.
