Hi Folks,

I am new to Adobe journey Optimizer so please guide me .
I have created a XDM individual profile schema and  dataset with that schema. Now I want to do segmentation on the created dataset but when I am creating segment by selecting XDM profile attribute , no value is coming up. Does anybody faced same issue. Please help me out.

Kind Regards,

Hi @kdatta91

Can you please confirm that the Schema and linked Dataset in question are both enabled for Unified Profile and that a primary identity has been defined?

A primary entity, or profile entity, merges data together to form a “single source of truth” for an individual. This unified data is represented using what is known as a “union view”. A union view aggregates the fields of all schemas that implement the same class into a single union schema.

Hope This Helps!

Hi @2826101_Eisi,

Yes Schema and linked Dataset in question were both enabled for Unified Profile and primary identity had been defined. I don't know why it was showing some weird behavior for which I created new schema and dataset and did segmentation and is working fine now.
Thanks a lot for your reply !

Kind Regards,
