Need clarification || Scheduled Query Behavior

Hello Everyone,

Looking for few clarifications on scheduled query.

1. We understand that query quarantine services makes sure if query fails for successive 10 times it will quarantine the query not to run.

2. What we understand is, platform is attempting to rerun the failed query for every 10 mins and 4 times as you can see in the below screenshot.

3. On 7/16th, triggered to run but failed. No further attempts. But on 7/17 and 7/18 triggered to run but failed and reattempted to run for four times every 10 mins.

4. on 7/19th, triggered to run but failed, reached 10 successive failures so got quarantined.

What is the expected behavior in failure scenarios? Documentation link please.

@shashich Hello!

I enquired internally and got this documentation about the quarantine process:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/query/ui/query-schedules#quarantine

For point #3, I see from https://status.adobe.com/cloud/experience_platform that Query Service was up and running with no known incident. To understand why some days see retries and some others don’t, could you please raise a Support ticket with the relevant dates (if this has happened again since then) as well as the query run IDs?
