My Shopify connector dataflow keeps failing

When trying to connect the Shopify connector source to my WebSDK Dataset, the dataflow keeps failing and we cannot figure out why. It is this part of the tutorial - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/sources/ui-tutorials/dataflow/ecommerce.html?lang=en#add-data

Does anyone have any tricks they have used or run into this problem? Or know how to find out why the dataflow failed?

Thanks!

Verify your credentials: Check that you have successfully supplied your Shopify API credentials. Ascertain if your application has been granted the necessary rights to access the data.

Verify your network connectivity: Make sure your network is stable and that you have a robust and continuous internet connection. Unstable internet connections can create data transfer problems, which can result in data flow failure.

Verify your data mapping: Check that you have appropriately mapped the data fields between the Shopify connection source and your WebSDK dataset.

Review the error messages: Look for any error messages or logs that may include more information about the data flow issue. Error messages might help you figure out what went wrong and why.

Restarting the data flow may assist in eliminating any transitory problems or glitches that may be causing the data flow to fail.

Reach out to Shopify support: If the problem persists, consider contacting Shopify's support staff to check if there are any known issues or for more assistance with debugging.

Double-check your credentials, network connectivity, data mapping, error warnings, and restart the data flow. If the issue persists, consider contacting Shopify support for assistance.
