Login Problem

Hello,

I can't get into Adobe Experience Platform Launch. It gives an error like the one below. What could be the reason for this, I am in admin authority on my account.

 

Or, with whomever I share this problem, it can reach a solution.

 

"Error Loading Account

IMS Profile Error "User ID FB5662F95E6615AC0A495EC9@AdobeID is not authorized for Launch access with any organizations"
Your session may have timed out."

Hi @songulozgu 

If you have access to multiple organizations you may not have the correct organization selected in the upper right-hand corner. Please do the following try again in incognito mode and ensure the appropriate organization is selected. 

If this still fails let me know if you want to organize a screen share meeting to troubleshoot this or create a support case via customercare@adobe.com

quick follow up to this @songulozgu, with your provided user ID I was able to find the orginization in question. From the Admin console I see that you only have access to Adobe Analytics, please work with your System Admin for Adobe Launch Access. Thank you Joshua
