Lifecycle Events - Not Seeing Install, or First launch etc

Hey all,

I have Lifecycle events running in AEP - however, I don't ever see any First Launch, Upgrade or App Install events.

Unsure as to how to report on these metrics

Did you check the fields are getting populated ? There are specific fields in the schema field group for install, upgrade etc.

Would suggest checking those fields when you expect the data to come through.
