Kafka data showing in AEP

Question

Hi,I have successfully connected KAFKA and was able to ingest data and I was expecting a Real Time data to be updated in AEP. However, I have to wait around 30 minutes for data to displays in AEP. Currently I am using partner shared sandbox for this. I will have to do the same for my client but will use client's Development Sandbox. I was wondering how I could see the Data in AEP in Real Time? Also does anyone knows what  is the reason behind this?Best RegardsSching

@chanutejo Even with Kafka, AEP's internal processing pipeline is not fully real-time in the way many of us will expect from other event-streaming systems. Adobe is not an event processing engine, but a profile-stitched platform and as of today stitching takes time. For true real-time use cases, consider using Edge Network with Edge Segments.

What is the expected latency for streaming ingestion on Experience Platform?

Destination	Expected latency
Real-Time Customer Profile	< 15 minutes at the 95th percentile
Data lake	< 60 minutes
