Hello, 

I'm interesting in purchising Adobe captivate 8 version - I've found a 25% discount in Canada. Is it possible to buy it also in Europe?

Is this an item you are purchasing from Adobe.com? From the Adobe.com web store the available version is Captivate 9 and is available in Europe at the following link:

http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/captivate/buying-guide.html

When on the Adobe web store you can change your area in the bottom corner by clicking 'change' next to the country name.
