Hi Team,     I 'm having an issue with my Google match destination dataflows. They're failing to run on the Google Match destination, even though the setup and mapping look correct. Any ideas where I should start debugging?   Thank You, Uma

We are implementing AJO on mobile app. While testing the push functionality via Assurance we are not seeing push getting delivered on Android. Works fine on iOS. There are no errors and the Test Results panel is all green. Any pointers why this is happening?

Hi Team,      What is the best way to implement 2 way SSL on Adobe Io authentication?   Thank you, Uma

XDM Prospect profile limitataion or any documentation plz let me know

Hi All, Currently we have a product catalog which contains (product SKU, data related to products, store Id, store name etc) with product Id with namespace of type Non People Identifier. Assuming that we have a use case where 3rd Party system needs to retrieve by product ID the product details. How can we retrieve product information by product id? Thanks

Hi All,   We are designing XDM data model. Assuming that services will be used at   record and times series . How shall we create the service in order to re-use it? Is it correct if we consider XDM class  ? Thanks

Hi Team, I have created a segment and exporting Profile attribute (email address identity map) to the destination (SFTP). Can I export a Lookup Schema attribute along with Email for the segment (eg: Campaign name, IDs etc?)

Hi, We have a usecase where we need to create a segment of premium customers. Premium customers to us meaning the top 5% of maximum purchasers on the website.  Is there a way to achieve this via segmentation because the top 5% is a relative number and will change as more and more customers purchases the product. Also I have one more question. I am trying to create a segment by comparing two date time field using the below logic . While doing this i get this the below error. Any idea what i am doing wrong Thanks in advance.  @danny-miller @anil_umachigi @chetanyajain-1 @arijitg

Hi team,Their is any function to convert mentioned datetime value e.g. Sep 25 2023 3:06pm into AEP recommended datetime format like YYYY-MM-DDThh:MM:ss+00:00.

Hello Team - Anyone tried backing up Segment definitions just to store or to recreate the same using API for another environment. Basically, we are looking out to store/back up all created segment definitions using API payload. Please let me know if anyone has done this earlier. Thank you,Jay.

Hi, Is there any options to integrate AEP with Adobe Analytics. we use AEP to create segment to use it in Adobe Target. Wanted o see how we can share the created segment in Adobe Analytics for us to measure the performance/conversion on each segment.

Hi team,Please help me to ingest below data in data lake through file upload methodSample file in below records:PNameBirthdateJery|doll2023-03-10T18:56:41+00:00|2023-08-10T18:56:41+00:00Tom|Marry2023-05-10T18:56:41+00:00|2023-08-10T18:56:41+00:00on below schema for reference schema structure for reference:Please provide the suggestion or guide me on the same.We are expecting to getting similar records at dataset level:PNameBirthdateJery|doll2023-03-10T18:56:41+00:00|2023-08-10T18:56:41+00:00Tom|Marry2023-05-10T18:56:41+00:00|2023-08-10T18:56:41+00:00Regards,Sandip

Hi All, I am validating the Merge Policy has been creating for two different datasets (Dataset 1 and Dataset 2)based on the same XDM Profile schema. Assuming We chose to set DataSetPrecedence as Merge Policy Type with order 1) Dataset 1 2) Dataset 2. If I retrieve the profile based on email as primary identity, which attribute i will visualize if they have the same attribute but with different value? An example Dataset 1 has attribute loyaltyCard = Gold and Dataset 2 has attribute loyaltyCard = Silver? Thanks

Hello All When you are ingesting datasets for a profile from various sources - and you decide to use merge policy based on dataset precedence what the system will react when you have multiple datasets ingested but in the precedence order chose only two of the datasets. Will the rest of the dataset data being ignored during the merge even if one of the profile field has value in one of the dataset has is being ignored in dataset precedence? Lets for example I have Dataset CRM_SB 1, CRM_SB 2, CRM_SB 3and is Dataset precedence the order isCRM_SB 1CRM_SB 3What happens to data for CRM_SB 2 I tried some experimentations and it seems CRM_SB2 is ignored all together even if CRM_SB 2 has values for some fields which CRM_SB 1 and CRM_SB 3 does not have.  Special thanks to @tof_jossic as he has been very quick in responding to my questions.  Thanks Prithvi

Hi Team,We have a plan to send the www.example.com web traffic data to different ORG accounts instance parallelly.Currently, we have implemented analytics for the www.example.com web traffic data in the "ORG Account 1" instance - Web Property/Report Suites with single launch file.Future plan is to have different launch files from different ORG accounts in the www.example.com web pages. ORG 1 > Webproperty > LaunchFile <script src="https://assets.adobedtm.com/*****/******/launch-ORGaccount1.min.js" async></script> <!-- Report Suite 1 --> in the www.example.com header.ORG 2 > Webproperty > LaunchFile <script src="https://assets.adobedtm.com/*****/******/launch-ORGaccount2.min.js" async></script> <!-- Report Suite 2 --> in the www.example.com header. Will there be any issue sending the same site(www.example.com) web traffic data with two different launch files to the respective organization account report suites?

Hello,I create this topic because I'm looking to migrate from GTM to Adobe Launch as a tag manager. On GTM I was using the visibility trigger with CSS selector to send print tags (see screenshot).I tried to reproduce the trigger in Launch with "Core - Enters Viewport" and the same parameters (cf. screenshot). However, Adobe's detection seems much less precise, accurate and efficient (cf. video), as it detects visible elements when they aren't, whereas GTM is much more precise in this matter. Does anyone experience this case?Is there a way to get the same result as GTM? Maybe in a custom code? For the record, I found a Matomo documentation that tried to reproduce GTM visibility: https://github.com/matomo-org/tag-manager/blob/5.x-dev/Template/Trigger/ElementVisibilityTrigger.web.jsThank you in advance!

Hello, I have a scenario where I need to store order-related data in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). I'm uncertain about whether to use the Individual Profile or the Experience Event for this purpose. If I opt for using the Individual Profile to manage orders, I'll face the challenge of needing to send all previous orders back to the dataset whenever a customer places a new order. This is necessary to ensure that the previous orders aren't overwritten.Alternatively, if I choose to use the Experience Event, I can easily manage all the orders, including their timestamps. However, there's a potential issue when customers contact customer care to modify their orders, such as upgrading a product. In the Experience Event approach, I'll end up with two identical orders: one made online and the other updated by customer care. As a result, when retrieving all the active bookings for the customer, it will show as two bookings, even though there is only one booking that has been updated.Could you

Do we need to configure anything on AEM author? after installing the AEP SDK installed using the Data collection UI configurations?

When Event data ingested into profile and then if I view in UI - Profile-browse should I see only last 7 days data for profile? All data for the profile including failed rows?

Does the AEP SDK currently support or have integrations for Apple Car Play and/or Android Auto? If so, where can I find relevant documentation? If not, is this functionality currently in development and is there an estimated timeline for release?

Hello Let us say a scheduled segmentation is completed and marketer decides to do an on-demand segmentation with a Segment Name - New SegmentSegment ID - XXXXXXNow he decides to evaluate the segment. By new segmentation does it mean an activity of segmentation to add or evaluate the existing segmentation? What API call I should use to evaluate the segment? Post or Segment - Should I use Segment Name or ID?I am new to AEP I went to following link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/segmentation/api/segment-jobs.html?lang=enHowever getting lost in understanding the meaning of evaluating the segment

What is the best way to control the firing of AAM in adobe launch? Cookies like demdex and Everest are dropped by Adobe audience manager which we want to make sure are only dropped when the user has only consented for advertising cookies. We are individually approving all the extensions in the Opt in services code. However, AAM is firing even when it is not approved, inconsistently seen to fire alone by ECID approval, unless the disabled parameters are set in the ECID extension (Screenshot attached). We don't want to use the patch work of adding disabled variables as it has a trade off in other area. Any thoughts/ideas would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

data stream is added to launch and it is there using console - However, in the adobe experience platform debugger there is no data stream.

Hi all, I have implemented the floodlight tags in adobe launch and the tags are also fired properly. However, the issue is that I do not see conversion for the floodlight tags in CM360. It has been a month so there is no delay issue. Does someone know why? Appreciate it!

We are working on One Trust Cookie Consent. The issue is when a user opts out of "Performance" which includes ECID, the ECID extension still makes a server call: https://smetrics.bmo.com/id?d_visid_ver=5.5.0&d_fieldgroup=A&mcorgid=121534B8527830F30A490D44%40AdobeOrg&mid=21348874171737834873325675687762529092&d_coppa=true&ts=1695852884320 Which is for the AMCV cookie creation/update. ECID makes this call because we delete the cookie but we don't want ECID to make the server call or create the cookie. We need to prevent this call but even though we have tried all the settings in the ECID extension, nothing seems to work. We have tried opting out in every field possible (even at same time):Enable Opt In?Previous Permissions?Variables? But nothing seems to work, in eliminating that server call. Any ideas on how to prevent the ECID extension from making this call when the cookie is deleted? Thanks!
