It would be awesome, if the table titles were click-sortable for Event Based Rules, Page Load Rules, Direct Call Rules, Data Elements.

Adobe is pushing both DTM and VisitorAPI and yet  a) There is no native VisitorAPI integration within DTM b) There is no documentation (that I could find) for best practices / methods on how to integrate VisitorAPI into DTM (I looked in both Adobe Analytics online docs and DTM online docs) At a mininum I would like to see a documentation update explaining best practice / method for implementing VisitorAPI within DTM.  But ideally I would like to see it integrated into DTM as a native thing.   .josh

Hi,Before all, thanks to DTM's Team for to improve day by day this tool , it really facilitate much our jobs.I would suggest that all native Adobe Code as HeartBeat Video, Module Integrate and other that can be launched, are deployed natively (as new Marketing Sevice ID or Appmesaurment). This frees us to be aware of new updates and also can use Code configuration managed by Adobe feature for these companies that are currently using this modules, simply add on UI this possibilities like:  Also I notice that new feature for execute customize page code before/after UI, not allows execute code before Appmesaurment was executed. I believe that would be well if you create a section for do that or simply add another checkbox for this purpose, in fact, I think that Adobe Code always would could be added by default, with adding a section for add Appmesaurment customize code, or habilitate Customize page code for do that. Please, take in account this suggestion (1.Add possibility to add Adobe m

Expectation：Export the data from each report Download as PDF, Excel, csv, etc. in AdobeMobile Service interface.

Currently, the ADBMobileConfig.json file cannot be updated from code and using multiple JSON config file is not supported. If these features would be available, it would be convenient for development especially when releasing to production with different configuration.

Hi, There seems to be no way of serializing an event using unique id while using SDK 4.x for iOS/Android apps. Can you please provide this feature in processing rules? Thanks

It would be nice to have an option to show all data in reports in Adobe Mobile Services. Currently, up to 50 items can be listed.http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/mobile/reports_customize.html

Being able to post comments in online documentation is one of the greatest inventions since sliced bread.  No online document should be without this feature.  Adobe does indeed have this feature on some of their online documents (e.g. stuff on developer.omniture.com) but not on all of their other documents (e.g. Adobe Analytics and DTM docs).  My suggestion is to add ability to comment on the document pages for all of your online documents.  Namely... DTM http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/dtm/Adobe Analytics http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/reference/Adobe Target http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/tnt/help/ ..snce these are the most often implemented things.

Legacy Adobe Analytics (<=H26) has variables for dynamically populating s_account: dynamicAccountSelectiondynamicAccountListdynamicAccountMatch For some reason this was removed from the new AppMeasurement library.  These are incredibly useful variables used by many people.   Currently DTM encourages you to use the AppMeasurement library and I have a feeling when Adobe eventually fully integrates the core lib into DTM, they are only going to use AppMeasurement instead allowing option for Legacy.  In either case, currently DTM only allows you to specify a live vs. staging s_account value, and the only way that gets populated is if you include the specific script URL for the environment, or use the _satellite methods for changing the environment.  This is not at all the same principle as the dynamicXXX vars.  What I would like to see integrated into DTM is the same functionality that dynamicXXX vars offer.  There are of course ways to override things with custom code, but I would like

Enhancement request:  It would be very useful to have the ability to specify the order of execution of multiple tags on the same page. I understand that you can’t (and shouldn’t) override the larger load order, but if you have multiple bottom of page sequential HTML tags, it would be great to be able to specify the order of execution. This request stems from the fact that I have implemented individual rules for each 3rd party tag (which allows me to enable or disable them at a vendor level).  As an example, I have multiple bottom of page sequential HTML rules on my order confirmation page.  I'd like to be able to control the order of execution.  Thanks for the consideration.

PROBLEMIt would be very helpful to see when an installed tool or rule or data element was last updated.  SUGGESTED SOLUTIONProvide a column to screens that list installed tools or rules or data elements. Also, include an "updated" indicator on the edit screens for the above. Includes day of week, month day, year and time stamp (in my local time zone).

PROBLEMWhen trouble-shooting a site with a large amount of rules or data elements, DTM does not display its "Contains Code" indicator everywhere a custom script is present. This makes it difficult to find a rule containing custom or third-party code I am looking for. So, it takes a lot of effort to find the code. SUGGESTED SOLUTION(S)1. Within any rule, include the "Contains Code" indicator in headings for Conditions, Google Analytics, Javascript/Third Party Tags (see attached png file)2. For the Adobe Analytics Installed Tool, include the "Contains Code" indicator in headings for "General" (when there is managed s_code in the editor) as well as in the heading for "Customize Page Code".3. On the Overview screen, system provides some sort of indicator that an installed tool contains custom and/or third-party code.4. Wherever DTM Rules are listed, system provides some sort of indicator that a rule contains custom and/or third-party code.

when can we see Mobile app sdk tracking in DTM (dynamic tag manager?) ?

Within the rules in Dynamic Tag Manager, we are given the ability to copy Event Based, Page Load, and Direct Call Rules but not Data Elements. In our organization, we have many occurances  where a data element would be used more than once according to our standards. We have to re-code those variables every time we create a new Web Property. With over 200+ accounts this will become cumbersome.

Make it possible to have one view where its possible to see all rules and the data element conditions for each of them and the variables that goes along. something like this Rule            Data-Element           Variable  SystemRule 1         Pagename                Prop1       Adobe AnalyticsRule 2         Username                 eVar1       Adobe Analyticsetc

It seems that none of the fields in the Adobe Analytics section are used, when they are filled in a page load rule. For instance a purchase event should be set when the url path includes "checkout".  The purchase event is set in the page load rule in the Adobe Analytics section, but the event is not set on the page - even though the rule is fired. The only event set on the page is event14. Please, this should work - or there should some documentation of why it doesn't.

In adobe tag manager  it is very difficult to manage tags on different environmnts (dev, stage, prod).  Unless someone is adding very in detailed comments you can not really comment about current state of tags in any environment . Even none will take the risk of pushing something to production environment without checking all the tags just by relying on someones detailed comment. To solve this issue adobe should really add feature available in many versioning tools i.e. ability to compare and merge changes across different environments in adobe tag manager..

Dynamic Tag Manager is great, but it seems to lack an interface for tracking s.products.It is possible to do it through JavaScript, but it would be nice to have a graphical interface like there already is for most of the s_code configurations.

There exists options to debug the tags fired from Dynamic Tag Manager but these options require the user to be tech savy.It would be much easier with a graphical tool that let people see all the information about which tags did fire and which tags did not.Furthermore such a tool could, for example, help a user to click on a site element and retrieve the CSS selector for the selected element. That way the process of creating data elements would be simplified.

The code really needs to employ a different methodology that will make it faster.  Even when following best practices, there are requests getting fired off at every turn and it really slows applications down.  The code should use a different approach, like holding on to all of the requests in a log file and then sending them off at times that will not impact performance.  The methodology of the Google SDK is may better from a performance perspective.  I've worked at multiple organizations on multiple apps with many, many developers who would like to use Omniture for mobile, but can't because of how much slower it makes their applications.

Simple request: replicate the iPhone code best practices library: http://blogs.omniture.com/2011/11/03/ios-app-measurement-updates-for-ios-5-and-udid/ - to other mobile SDKs. Makes life a lot easier for my developers (and me ) Thanks ! - CJ

Have a matrix of iOs and Android library changes in line with code versions.  We have recently spent a lot of time trying to work out why our iOs app was crashing when enabling Best Practice Tracking.  After some time and discussions with Client care, it appears that this was once a plugin and not compatible with versions pre-v4.  By having a release matrix of changes by code version would save us all a lot of time and make understanding implementations much easier. Developers do not have time time to be reading through reams of release notes and instead a simple quick ref guide would be ideal.

It'd be really great if Adobe quickly checked the JavaScript for errors prior Saving and Deploying. All too often I miss a semi-colon and have to wait ten minutes for the JS to be pushed to Akamai before I see it in my browser's error console. It'd be great to have the option to ignore errors as well as the option to run the error debugger without saving and deploying.

It'd be great to have Regular Expressions added to the Host/Path Match features in Tag Manager. The reason for this:What if I want to call JavaScript only on http://eric.com/matisoff but not on http://eric.com/matisoff/theFirstIt'd be really helpful to use RegEx in Path Match to define this.Sure I could do it in JavaScript, but doing this in that Path Match is cleaner.

Hello, our mobile customers would like to track: the user geolocation in a more accurate way than the one offered by the classical GeoIP approachunique visitors across website and apps.In order to track the user position with good precision, we are trying to leverage the existing GPS and Wi-Fi triangulation technologies built into the modern mobile device. We would use them to capture the user location and send it to SiteCatalyst. We are trying to accomplish this both in the mobile web case and the mobile app case. For example, an iPhone user could be using some online services on the www.foo.com website. Then he could use the same online services through the FooApp iphone application. On the website we would capture the user position using the browser GeoLocation APIs (this is possible in Safari and others html5 browsers). In the app, we would use the native phone APIs to get the position and send it using the AppMeasurement library. We are still trying to
