We have a plan to migrate all the tags to DTM. Right now, I have few questions:1. Google has a tool call Tag assistant can help to detect all the tags on web pages. Does DTM has similar tool can tell me which tags on my web sites?2. When migrate google tags into DTM, where should I put all the codes? Should I place them in third party code window?3. What will be the best way to manage all the tags in DTM? or move from Google tag manager to DTM?Thanks.

How do I track Page Name, URL and populate page views report in adobe analytics for a Web page which doesn't contain any data layer?. Can anyone tell me a detailed process of how to do this.

I received a request to implement tracking on a series of modals that will be launched on the search results and content pages of our main site. I need to capture the name of each modal window in the step-by-step process. The first modal is the login or registration. I also need to know how many visitors opened the login/registration modal, but did not take any action.I will be able to capture the modal windows names using the h2 id. I know how to implement the interactions within the modal windows, but I don't know how to capture the modal name when the modal is activated. The main site where the modals will be added was implemented using DTM. I use a data layer to capture the page names on the site. I don't think that I want to do the same for the modal names. I need advice on how to tag the modal windows so that I can report access to each of the windows.Thank you,Bill

Is there a way to self-inspect from within a rule condition? For instance,     1) Can I access the rule name and log it to the console?        2) Within a custom event rule can I get at the event type on which the condition will be met?      in other words , if (_satellite._container.rules[0].events[0].modulePath === "core/src/lib/events/customEvent.js")  {     console.log ( _satellite._container.rules[0].events[0].settings.type );}Yes, I know these are internals.  I'm wondering if the information is accessible in a supported manner.

But there are always network errors on browser's console about dpm.demdex.net.-      Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED-      GET https://dpm.demdex.net/id?... net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSEDWe know that dpm.demdex.net requests are being made for the purpose of getting cookies named AMCV and demdex, and AMCV cookie contains Adobe Marketing Cloud Visitor ID.When we debug SatelliteLib.js, we see that AMCV cookie has already been set before dpm.demdex.net request has been made. I guess the reason is that getMarketingCloudVisitorID function is being called before the function which makes dpm.demdex.net request._.getMarketingCloudVisitorID()_.getAudienceManagerLocationHint()Inside of getAudienceManagerLocationHint function we get the error. Consequently AMCV cookie is being set but there is no demdex cookie.If we are able to get Marketing Cloud Visitor ID before dpm.demdex.net request, what is the reason for making this request?In

I set the data element as JS  Object and leave it as a place holder. In my event rule, I tried to dynamically get the value and then use _satellite.setVar function to set the value of my data element. But it didn't work for me. Then I tested in console,  _satellite.getVar('PageName')"Home"_satellite.setVar('PageName','test' )undefined_satellite.getVar('PageName')"Home"It seems that _satellite.setVar function didn't work for me. Anyone know why?Thanks

HiOne of our clients have stopped receiving E-Commerce tracking on their site. The checkout url that it was on has since changed. We have the Adobe Analytics tag on the page but there is still no data being captured.When looking at the Data LAyer javascript file this is showing as 404 pages. Being quite a newby to Analytics and DTM is there any way the data layer can be re-created or shown?

HiOur site pages got updated recently to our react.js using single page application. sub-pages are referenced using # value. For example:Express Scripts When you reference query parameter value in the URL such as cid, s.campaign doesn't recognize the value. Example:data element created for cid using URL parameter:s.campaign in the adobe analytics tool is defined to capture cid value:The solution: Technical team had to manually parsing `cid` parameter in the data element to allow this field to be in either regular query string (for non-react pages) or hash query string (for Single Page Application). Adobe standard query string parameters are only allowed in regular query string, but do not typically fallback to hash query string. We love to see Adobe fix this by supporting SPA hash query string instead of doing this work around

Hi there,My marketing team is using a third party to track phone calls on our site. This required us to write phone numbers as href:"tel:###-###-###" in our html. Is there a way to never track the telephone numbers? To my knowledge, I can't use regex in the "Never Track" UI list for Link tracking. I also tried writing jquery to s.abort on all $('a[href^="tel:"]') with no luck.  Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

We have added a new relic script via DTM, and New Relic Data shows wrong Page URL, it shows Page views as DTM URL, not actual page views, this happening because DTM will compile all scripts and executes the script with in a iFrame. so New Relic is considering iframe url as request URL.any one have idea how to fix this using DTM ?Thanks

Hi,We have been using Adobe Mobile SDK to track our apps. my question is, let's say if we plan to move away from Adobe and decided to use other analytics tool to track mobile apps.in that case, do we have to remove the mobile SDK on the App code? or will there be any strange error/messages if we just keep the Adobe Mobile SDK and not use Adobe anymore?Any help would be appreciatedThanks,Muthu

How can I track number of user button clicks on a web page using adobe DTM? Can anyone elevate me the process to setup this rule and populate button click event?

Hello, I have set up the adobe cloud id tool on a property that loads on multiple pages, however some of the pages are COPPA compliant which means I can't have the Adobe collecting IDs. How would I be able to disable the tool on the COPPA compliant pages, and keep it loading on the non-compliant pages without making a new property? Thanks, LeoS

Hi,I noticed the new Local Storage data element option in Launch.  Does this work with both localStorage and sessionStorage objects or just localStorage?

Will the _satellite.browserInfo object be available in Launch?  Our current implementation utilizes this information in many places, giving us a common definition for browser, OS, device, etc.

It was said on a call that Launch will have great migration features from DTM. One of these features would be the ability to have launch use the embed code of an existing DTM property.  So can Launch and DMT share a staging library? My thinking is this. Since we can tightly control when builds occur in Launch we could test a build and then quickly tear down that build by making an update in DTM. This will give us the ability to test launch in development environments and give us the ability revert if there are issues.

It's not clear how to set context data onto a deep link within Adobe Mobile SDK. How is it structured?For example, I tried:app://home/promo?a.deeplink.id=test-deep-link1But the context data isn't showing up in a debugger or Adobe Analytics reports. Any help would be appreciated.If you can't help what is the best practice to track deep links?
