Hi,Is there a way we can load the launch script async in AEM page. I am using AEM 6.4 and have integrated Adobe Launch to Page using the Adobe Launch Cloud configurations, in Page Properties. Now I see when the page gets loaded the the launch script gets loaded as below and also <script type="text/javascript" src="//assets.adobedtm.com/launch-XXXXXXXXXXXXefa8708c805e3XXXXXXX-staging.min.js"></script>......<script type="text/javascript">_satellite.pageBottom();</script>But what I need is to have the Launch Script to be Loaded async and _satellite.pageBottom(); to get removed from page.<script type="text/javascript" src="//assets.adobedtm.com/launch-XXXXXXXXXXXXefa8708c805e3XXXXXXX-staging.min.js" async></script>In Launch the Load Library Async is checked, but still I see script is not loaded in page async.Is there are way to make the script load async from AEM side ?
Hi,I'm struggling to find the information what's the TTL of Audiences created in People service. By TTL I mean how long a given visitor has Audience membership once he/she falls into it.Segments created in AAM, has a pretty clear definition of it, and TTL can be controlled on traits level. But I'm not sure how it works for Experience cloud audiences. Does it have some default expiration ?Thanks
Is it possible to set up an event in the Mobile Services UI to fire whenever a specific trackState runs? I know you can do it with the action context variable (e.g., a.action=login), but I'd love to be able to increment an event whenever a specific state/page occurs, and to do this via the UI.Thanks in advance!

Hoping someone might be able to clarify this for me.If we've configured Web/Mobile Apps/Apple TV/Samsung, etc to report into the same report suite:-Are the Adobe Analytics Out-of-the-box key metrics (Page Views, Visits, Uniques) equivalent on Mobile Apps and Web? meaning - if I look at page views that are out of the box, do mobile apps and web look at this metric the same way? Or what is different on mobile app page views for example vs. web? (when implementing using the latest SDK)Many thanks for the help on thisPaulina

At Adobe Summit 2018 in North America, we made Adobe Experience Platform Launch available to all Experience Cloud customers. Since that time, we've seen rapid adoption of Launch and have helped thousands of customers migrate over from DTM.Last year, in early October, we announced (here and here) that we are going to sunset DTM. This means that DTM will be kept up to date with security and bug fixes, but no more feature development work is happening and that it would be unavailable at the end of 2020. We also said that we would be introducing progressive restrictions on its functionality to encourage users to begin planning and executing the migration process.We are now approaching the first DTM Sunset Milestone. In about 60 days, on July 9th, we will remove the Add Property button in DTM (we had previously announced this date as July 1, but pushed it back a bit because of release cycles and company events).This change means that beginning with the release on Jul
When the marketing team requests a pixel(s) be added to the site, they must provide the date that the pixel can be removed. Right now, I put a reminder on my calendar to delete the end-of-life pixels. Note: There are a few pixels that don't have an end date....but those are far-and-few between.It would be so super nice if there was a feature in Launch that allowed me to put a start date and an end date (i.e. effective date range) for each action. So, when the start date hits, the action would fire off the pixel (or chunk of logic within it). And when the end date hits, the action would be deleted automatically.I ask for it to be deleted versus commented out, because we saw gains when we commented out end-of-life pixels....and then we saw more gains in performance when we completely removed the pixel code.Thanks -Sarah

I have created a data element called "UserSessionID" and would like to pass that value to an eVar. When I go to select that data element from the list, it is missing.Any ideas? The DE is enabled and active.
HiWe have different SPAs needs to integrate on a common platform and every SPA have different domain. For this common platform, we have Web property configured in the DTM with necessary Rules. This means the tracking of this common platform is working perfectly fine.My question is, for the tracking of every SPA, when we integrate the SPAs with different domains on this platform, should we have to define the Web Property of each SPA with its specific domain and generate the Header and Footer codes to integrate on each SPA? I have a pageload rule defined that fires for all pages. I then defined a second pageload rule that fires conditionally on one specific page. This second rule is supposed to fire an Adobe Analytics event. When the specified page loads, there is no event sent to Analytics. I can verify that the rule fires by adding an eVar to rule. The eVar does get sent, but the event does not. I am able to send the event via a direct-call rule and a manual call.Should this work with a pageload rule?Is there a reason a pageload rule doesn't send an event but will send eVars?
Hi!Has anyone been successful in tracking the latest Analytics version via DTM? been assigned to either track this as a data element + setting it to an eVar or setting this in the global custom code/or rule?? DTM allows us to put custom JavaScript and HTML. codes; however, it will be very hard to find a specific html tag or javascript codes later.There should be "code search" function in DTM so that we can find specific line of the codes in DTM. Thanks,
Prompted by Embedding third party JS Tracking for my siteIn some cases you just need to embed a script on your site. Yes, you could do it via a "Core - Custom Code" action but I also wonder if it warrants a "Generic Embed" extension. If the provider of the script is a small company who will likely never create/maintain an extension, it would be nice to still have an easy way to add the embed code. In this case, you likely don't care about it providing any configuration, rule component types or data elements so a generic embed is probably what you are after.
Adobe DTM has a feature to enable both Akamai and FTP Delivery. We found this very useful on our project's implementation where we need to address some security vulnerabilities and access limitation to external servers. This also help us to fully automate the update of the self hosted JavaScript and have a fail over to akamai for scenarios that automated update is not possible. Currently, this feature is not supported by Adobe Launch. Would it be possible to have this feature available on the future release of Adobe Launch?Source image file 21571 not available
At the moment environments are controlled by JavaScript tag that is deployed. i.e. dev, staging, and production environments have different tags and this determines what code is delivered.However, often we find ourselves wanting to test our development code against the 'live' environment (obviously before publishing to the live environment!).This may be because other environments are not available or because other environments are not fully reflective of the live environment.Please can you consider developing a way to test code in the live environment?Adobe Target already provides this kind of capability so shouldn't be too hard for you to do

I compared iOS sdk with Android sdk and noticed that in iOS sdk isn't provided the ability to send additional context data with application lifecycle.In Android sdk clearly stated that: To send additional context data with your lifecycle call by using Config.collectLifecycleData(Activity activity, Map<String, Object> contextData), you must override the onResume method for that Activity and ensure that you call super.onResume() after manually calling collectLifecycleData. Is it possible for iOS?
Would be great to be able to edit or unpublish Libraries in Adobe Launch. In learning the tool and getting more advanced with it, it is easy to make mistakes or just not have the optimal setup right from the beginning. For example, in our instance, we have 4 separate libraries that are in the published state just for Adobe Target extension and base rules. Ideally, this would be (and should be) in 1 library. But since they are published, there is no way to pull back the 4 different libraries and redeploy them in a single library (which would be much cleaner and more efficient). I cannot image how much Launch will get cluttered up as we deploy more extensions, add additional rules, create data elements (that the rules will then pull from), etc.

Hello,We are currently using ADBMobile SDK in our iOS and Android apps for analytics tracking. Currently the tracking data is funneled into a single server, however, our analytics teamed asked us if it would be possible to have tracking data split into two different servers.I checked the docs and it does not seem to be possible.
