Hello,  Question regarding getting Page Load Time tracking running in Launch and pulling through in Analytics:I've installed the Common Analytics Launch plug-in, specifically to get Page Load Time tracking.Then, I created the rule (per documentation) to "initialize" getPageLoadTime.However, there isn't any documentation as to the 'now what'?Do I create another rule assigning the different values to the Props, Evar & Event?Or do I do it all in the same Rule?Or do I assign what info goes to which variables in the Adobe Analytics extension?If so, where? Hope this question makes sense. Would greatly appreciate the help, as I believe this is easier than I'm making it out to be Hahaha Best,

Hi all, Need your help for an issue I am facing with data element not setting the latest value passed from the application, when used in multiple rules and those multiple rule firing at the same time.  It seems a timing issue, but I have set the "Storage duration" to None. The data element is returning the older value. It should send us the latest updated value.

Since the most recent update to the Core and Adobe Analytics extensions has anybody noticed some differences in behaviour in the satellite.getVar function?We were using it in a couple of data elements and it doesn't seem to be working correctly...but if I replace that line in our custom code with the relevant javascript string then it seems to work ok.Wondered if anybody else had encountered such an issue?

Hi Team,Expecting your help on the below use case which I am trying to solve in AEP. Use case: If a user visits the product for more than 1 times, send a email to the customer using Adobe Campaign. Solution: The solution which I am thinking is ingesting the profile and product interaction data to AEP via Launch Tag. Then create a segment and send those segments to Campaign. Problem:I was able to ingest the data to AEP and while creating segment I am not able to create a segment where a product view has been occurred more than 1 time. Hi, I need to send data from AEP to ACS using realtime API calls. Can someone please help me with this. ?In my analysis we don't have any Http API in AEP Destinations. Also, for connecting to ACS we have only FTP/S3 options are available. My requirement is to send data available in AEP schema to one of the ACS schema using Adobe io derived API call. Is there any option is available to create a custom destination extension to do this activity. ?

Hello,Recently moved from mobile SDK to launch. Two strange issues were observed:a) the following life cycle metrics are not captured 1. Install - First Launches,Install Date2. Upgrade - Upgrades, Launches since last upgrade, Days since last upgrade3. Crash - Crashes4. Launch - Launches, Launch Number, Days since first use, etc but Application Context & device Info are captured. b) Unique visitor count increases every time when the app gets launched. New visitor id is generated. what could be the reason? anyone can guide?  

If someone saves a web page on their computer and accesses at a later date, all of the tagging will fire.  This includes URL which reflects the drive path of the user's computer. In a large number of cases we can see PII data in reports. Do we have any resolution that prevents Adobe collecting URL in these cases  Help is appreciated.  Thanks, @andrew_wathen_ @andrey_osadchuk @stewart_schilling  

After the recent Launch changes to version control (which are very welcomed) it seems that the compare takes into consideration minor formatting changes as well so many times everything is highlighted as changed.  I never saw this behavior before. Is this a known bug?

I am in the process of migrating from the Adobe Media Analytics 2.x Launch extension to the Adobe Media Analytics 3.x Launch extension. Currently I am using the Adobe Media Analytics 2.x extension to track Brightcove videos and SundaySky videos and I have two separate Launch rules for the implementation code of each of the two different video players. With the 2.x extension, I am able to set the playerName property of the mediaConfig object that I pass into the MediaHeartbeat.getInstance(mediaDelegate, mediaConfig) function when getting an instance of a media tracker. For the Brightcove implementation rule I set playerName to "Brightcove" and for the SundaySky implementation rule I set it to "SundaySky". This makes it easy to use the out-of-the-box "Content Player Name" dimension in Analytics to segment Brightcove and SundaySky video data. With the 3.x extension, it doesn't appear that I can set the mediaConfig properties before getting an instance of the

If user clicks on our ad and QSP ?ex_id=123456 is appended to the URL of our landing page, is Launch able to store that QSP? I want to later retrieve that same QSP value from the landing page at the point of purchase, in the same browsing session, and insert that value in a parameter of a marketing tag. 

Hi there,We have migrated DTM to Launch and testing it. while I am testing the site, I see repeating event string appended to the events variable.I have main page load event. that set to add event1, event42.when user scroll down the content, I am calling a direct rule that add additional events (event1, event41, event51, event42). But this direct rule will be triggered again and again when user scroll through the page. It was working fine as expected in DTM. But after migration, when direct rules are called, it is appending events to each calls.ex:1st call (pageload): event1,event421st direct rule: event1,event42,event1,event41,event51,event422nd direct rule: event1,event42,event1,event41,event51,event42,event1,event41,event51,event42and so on.How can I eliminating this?

We have a native implementation of the app. When a user does some action we store it in the user profile. User x clicked on Banner 1 now show them banner 2 etc. The profile is getting attached to the user but we have seen a lag of 2 hours. e.g if user x clicked on the banner1 and come back (next session) and should be getting banner 2. The session is logged out and logs back in. Now what is happening if the user comes back within 30/40 min they see banner 1 but they should be getting banner 2 but if the user comes back to the app after 2 hours they will see banner 2. We checked with putting log and child proxy the profileParameters is getting attached but only after 2 hours Has anyone experienced this issue before? Does the native app have a lag of 2 hours to attach something to the users? Any questions let me know, thanks in advance  

Hello,We have a feature on our website where visitors can add our products to their cart, with a specified quantity for each part.  What I'm trying to do is capture the value entered after a visitor clicks the Add to BOM button.  Here is a link to one of our product pages.   I'm fairly new with Launch, and have been struggling on how to set up a rule.  Any feedback/suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
