If you use Web SDK for tracking purposes, you'll find that it is very difficult to read the event data in the AEP Debugger browser extension. This is because, by default, the Debugger does not parse JSON strings. As a result, all of the Web SDK event data gets lumped up in one loooooooooong single string, making it difficult to validate the individual field values properly. Even worse, because of this deficiency, the Excel download that the Debugger provides also suffers from very looooooooong JSON strings. And given how Excel formats cell sizes, the resulting spreadsheet can be very unwieldly to use! Contrast this with the Excel download that the Debugger provides for Analytics hits. Now, that download is much easier to open in Excel, and the individual data points, e.g. props, eVars, events, can be inspected more efficiently. (Side note: I've already added an Idea to parse the JSON output for Excel downloads in the debugger. Please upvote/like it if you want to see this Deb

I have "a-page" within this page I have a "b-page" frame. I can track the a-page without any issue. If I place the Adobe Launch tracking code on the iFrame "b-page" then on the page load 1st call triggered for "a-page" then 2nd call triggered for "b-page". When I interact with "b-page" links or form submission which is under the frame those activities are being associated with "a-page" because on browser it's showing the "a-page".If I have a multiple iframe on the page then the page load analytics calls are increasing.Please suggest me the best practices of iFrame tracking using Adobe Launch.Thanks!  

For those who manage field groups in AEP, are you able to delete field groups in the UI? I want to delete a field group that I've verified is not being used in any schema at all. There's a DELETE endpoint for field groups in the API (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/xdm/api/field-groups.html?lang=en#delete), so I thought there'd be a corresponding ability in the AEP UI to delete field groups. In the UI, I've found that in each individual field, there is a "Remove" button (though clicking that results in a JavaScript error for me).

We are migrating from the version 4 of the Mobile Services SDK and we need to track deep links like we currently do.   How do we track deep links using the AEP Core SPM SDK? I do not see any documentation around this for a feature that is similar to our Mobile Services SDK implementation.

Hi all,   If we have existing license for Adobe Analytics/Adobe Launch and we need to migrate our implementation from Adobe Analytics to AEP (Via WebSDK) do we need separate license for AEP platform as WebSDK is always present in Launch package ? Along with that, any idea on server call costing will it charge per solution (Like for Analytics, Target or other solutions) ?   Thank you...  

Looking to see the best placement for the adobe launch script tag on our pages in relation to other the DOM elements. Also since we are working with a data layer that is populating some of our data elements our assumption is that this declaration will need to be above the Adobe Launch tag.

How do we add the Adobe account id for google given below, as per google Adobe is the third party partner for them so they can not help in this , Google customer match is an alternate that I have already implemented but the client wants Google Ads as well. "Before creating the Google Ads destination in Platform, you must contact Google for Adobe to be put on the list of allowed data providers, and for your account to be added to the allow list. Contact Google and provide the following information:Account ID: Adobe’s account ID with Google. Account ID: 87933855.Customer ID: Adobe’s customer account ID with Google. Customer ID: 89690775."  

With ADBMobile, we were reading the BLOB and the location-hint values from the UserDefaults. How could I get the same data when using the AEP SDK?

Ingested data into AEP production sandbox.  Datasets and schemas enabled for profile.  Identity stitching work in test sandbox.  Three merge policies exist.  After two days the profile dashboard shows no data or even empty widgets.  Message is there is no data loaded into the profiles.  However, I can go into the profile browse tab and select any merge policy and view profiles with their profile and event data stitched.   Anyone experience this same problem?  I am assuming it is something I did incorrectly in setting up the merge policies.  Here are the merge policies:   "Default timebased"  private graph selected default: disabled Active On-Edge Merge Policy: disabled schema: _xdm.context.profile "Default timebased"  private graph selected default: enabled Active On-Edge Merge Policy: disabled schema: _xdm.context.segmentation "Edge Merge Policy" private graph selected default: enabled Active On-Edge Merge Policy: ena

Hello!Is it possible to delay loading the ECID extension? I am reading cookies to define the "Previous Permissions?" but when it loads, the cookies aren't ready yet.I have a CMP that is loading the cookie, but they are not ready when the function is called. I appreciate any suggestion on how to achieve this.  

Team, I am trying to Schedule a job to pick latest file from S3 and ingest into AEP dataset(UI ingestion not API), during this process job is gettign triggered as expected bit its not piking any new file in S3 path to process even post enabling BACKFILL option. it's not allowing me to update "Source data" path for exiting dataflow so that I can update the folder path of S3 instead of obsolete S3 file path for incremental ingestion on daily basis, how to resolve this issue. Thanks,Sandeep 

Hi all I am currently migrating a client's website to Launch / WebSDK / AEP. One question that arose is how to map the products into the XDM to automatically send data to Analytics. We have the _experience schema enabled to map props, eVars and events. What's my biggest issue now is how to get the product category from the s.products string into XDM? According to this link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/vars/page-vars/products.html?lang=en it should be possible as lineItemId property in the productListItems items. However, the XDM does not show this property whereas name, quantity and and priceTotal are.  Is this some kind of bug? lineItemId sounds somehow wrong as a value of a product category? UPDATE: I may have missed the piece of information in the BIG BOX... 🤣     Cheers Björn

By doing the migration from ADBMobile to AEP SDK, the AEP SDK is not retrieving any value at all. I am always getting an AEPError.callbackTimeout.Is there a way to get it working?

Is anyone else having issues to open debugger? If I click on the extension nothing happens. Already tried removing it and reinstalling again but still nada. How can I fix this?

Hello Team.i did have some requirement from our customer on the following use case.AEP is linked to sfmc for audience synchronization (all communication are managed into SFMC), RT cdp just send some segment in batch mode.What if we want to send data in Real-Time ?(for example let's say Adobe Analytics and launch  send data for a product click on AEP and we need to send a real time communication with the product image on it)any idea on that? thank you 

I have a series of segments that need to be refreshed each day after batch data loading is completed.  Some of the segments have resolved to be Streaming, some resolved to be Batch, and some resolved to be Edge.  How can I force them to all be batch?  Updating in real-time (or near) is not required.
