Is sounds like you may be referring to a Creative Cloud subscription. I was able to find an article showing how to cancel your subscription. I will post the link below. If this does not work or you have additional questions, please post in the Creative Cloud community to ensure your question is passed to the correct audience.

Are you talking about a Creative Cloud account or a Marketing Cloud contract?

the question is not how to cancel. It's how to delete an account.

Ever heard of GDPR? How can I *DELETE* an account on Adobe.com?
