How to change data displayed in Card view

How do you specify what is displayed in the Card view? The file name previously appeared but now we are seeing other metadata. What drives that in the setup? Where are the controls?

Can you give me some more information on what screen you are referring to? The only card view I'm aware of on the Marketing Cloud is the cards that are displayed on the login page.
