What is the contract level required to be able to use Experience Cloud Triggers Core Service ?

Can you provide you provide the form to use to request our account to be provisioned for Experience Cloud Triggers Core Service ?

I was able to find this out with ClientCare:

It helped with the option to share segments from analytics to experience cloud, but I still don't seem to have Triggers too.
