To clarify they are not included by default, but can be added by adding the .epub extension to the s.linkDownloadFileTypes.

For example: 

s.linkDownloadFileTypes="exe,zip,wav,mp3,mov,mpg,avi,wmv,doc,pdf,xls,epub"

Hi Steve,

For Download Links to be tracked the variable 'linkDownloadFileTypes' is populated with the extensions separated by comma. Please refer to the below article for details regarding the configuration:
